Firm Surface

      • Best:  Stronglite Massage Table  (Free shipping!)
        • Install eye bolts down the side for additional restraint options
        • For extra cushion, purchase Cloud9 4” Memory Foam Topper
          • Note: You will need to cut this pad to fit the massage table
      • Good: Bed
        • Place receiver’s head at the foot of the bed, with their legs toward the headboard.  
          • Use Bed Adapter Face Cradle (also great for traveling):
